Hope for everyone in the story of Jesus
Easter is the best time of the year! As we remember the events of the first Easter weekend 2000 years ago, we see the incredible depth of Jesus' love for us, his wonderful power even over death, and the life-giving fresh start he offers to each of us.
Join us this Easter to discover how the story of Jesus offers hope for you - and everyone.

Maundy Thursday 17th April
7.30pm - The Last Supper
This is a deeply moving service as we remember and enact Jesus' last supper with his disciples. Together we are drawn into the magnitude of what Jesus was doing as he washed his disciples' feet, taught them, and shared bread and wine with them.

Good Friday 18th April
12pm - Hope for the City
Join with the Bishop of Southampton and churches from across the city to hear the life-transforming message of Easter - with live music, presentations and prayer. In Guildhall Square.

5.30pm - Good Friday family worship
A chance for our families to come together to remember, in an age-appropriate way, what Good Friday is all about: Jesus dying for us.

7.00pm - worship at the cross
Join us as we express our adoration for what Jesus has done for us on the cross. "Greater love has no-one than this: that he lay down his life for his friends." We'll sing, pray and reflect on Scripture together.

Easter Sunday 20th April
9am - Easter communion
As we celebrate Jesus' resurrection from the dead, we'll sing some traditional hymns and share communion together. This will be a fairly quiet service lasting about an hour.

Our biggest Easter celebration, suitable for all ages. We'll re-tell the amazing story of the first Easter morning, and worship the one who is risen and reigning - and still alive today!

3pm - Sunday @3 Easter Special
A special Easter Sunday @3 service - an informal mix of traditional hymns played on the organ, interspersed with readings, prayers and a talk from the Bible. Followed by tea and cake sat around tables.
